Vertical, single-line cyclic operation automatic packaging machine intended for dosing and packing of free-flowing
and small-size products (cereals, tea, short-cut pasta etc.) into polymeric film bags. Packaging material: polyethylene and
polypropylene films, multilayer film materials.
Automatic packaging machine provides high productivity and reliability, quick readjustment, does not require
the basement for installation.
AO-123 includes:

Bag conveyer.

Weighing doser.

Packaging machine AO-104, equipped with a versatile constant heat sealing system and efficient with all
types of thermo-sealed films (polyethylene, polypropylene, multi-layer films on their base etc.)
Process operations provided:

Shaping bags of film.

Marking the date on the film (up to 8 digits).

Filling bags with a product.

Flat bottom forming.

Transverse sealing and cutting off bags with products.

Packing by means of sealing.

Filled bags removal to piling zone.
Packaging machine is equipped with FESTO pneumatic system. On request, packaging machine can be equipped
with a feeder-conveyer.
