The new "Baikal" project implements design features, inherent in modern sporting weapon:

• "rigid chassis" scheme provides for high patterning and shooting stability;
• cheek piece, butt plate and grip can be adjusted individually;
• convenient arrangement of the cocking lever and easy-reach location of extra magazines provide for high firing rate;
• trigger group can be adjusted for trigger location, travel and pull.

Energy of the air compressed to 200 bar in a special cylinder is used for shooting. The pressure-gauge located at the cylinder end face enables control of air consumption and allows timely cylinder change. The rifle provides dependable work at temperatures from +50°C to - 25°C. The number of extra magazines - 4. Magazine capacity - 5 pellets.
