For more than 60 years the FSUP "Izhevsky Mekhanichesky Zavod" has been manufacturing sporting and hunting
guns and ranks high among world's largest producers of weapons as regards the volume of production and variety of gun models
and their variations.
The products bearing the "BAIKAL" trademark are distributed worldwide in more than 70 countries of the globe.
The wide range of the "BAIKAL" guns numbers over 50 models, 200 modified versions and more than 1500 makes
with an annual bulk of manufacture exceeding 600 thousand units. The Company's share in Russia's produntion of civil guns
accounts for about 80%, including smoothbore guns and rifles, air guns, service and combat firearms, target pistols, weapons
for self-defence.

For more than 15 years our plant has been producing equipment designed for packaging of liquid, free-flowing,
powdery and other products and materials into polymer films.
Packaging equipment produced by FSUP “Izhevsky Mekhanichesky Zavod” includes the range of automatic
machines intended for packaging of liquid, free-flowing, powdery and small-pieces products into polymer bags. Packaging equipment
also includes various auxiliary devices designed to feed products into machine receivers, withdraw products after packaging
and put ready-made bags into multiple package boxes and sacks.

State-of-the-art and exclusive technologies in domain of microelectronics and instrument making customary
available at the defense enterprise have enabled to develop and master the manufacture of various medical appliances.
The "BIOPHON" line devices intended for physiotherapy of urogenital and broncho-pulmonary diseases, tuberculosis,
influenza and adeno-viral infections, Russian tick-borne incephalitis and hemorrhagic fever, virus hepatitis and other diseases.
Since 1993 Implantable Multiprogramme Cardiac Pacemakers are applied in cardiac surgery for treatment
of intermittent atrioventricular heart blocks, the syndrome of sinus ganglion malfunction by electric stimulation of the ventricles.
