On August 21, 2005, the new Russia’s record for pistol speed shooting was registered. The record was
held by the master of sports Kalyuzhny V.B. from city of Kemerovo, who was firing the IZH-35 sporting pistol made by Izhevsky
Mekhanichesky Zavod. He scored 590 points.
The competition was held in the frames of Russia’s Cup. The awards are provided by the president of
Shooting Union of Russia, city of Mytishi, Moscow region.
